Steve goes to the origins of “sustainable development” linking in, among other sources, the UN Environment Program’s Our Common Future (aka “Brundtland Report”) produced under the direction of former Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Brundtland, a former Vice-President of the Socialist International.

One thing Steve shows is that the concept of “sustainable development” is not only unscientific but also ill defined, flexible enough to serve the broader agendas of those who promote global governance at the expense of national sovereignty.

On issue after issue, Steve demonstrates that what environmentalists and globalists promote as “sustainable development” would stall real human progress—indeed, would have stalled it centuries ago, when 99 out of 100 people in the world squalid lives that were “solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short,” had it been applied then.

Outside the Green Box is a big-picture critique of environmentalism that everyone should read.
