Lord, we pray for the continent of Africa.
Father, we have heard about the abject poverty there and some of us have even been there. We pray that You will uplift the lives of the people in these countries and use us as Your agents of change wherever You have placed us.
In Africa, we pray for political stability in the countries of Somalia, Congo, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and other countries. Change the hearts and minds of the leaders of Africa that they will stand for the poor and fight poverty with their policies.
We pray for the millions in Africa who don’t have things that we take for granted: like electricity, running water, hot meals and a healthy life. Lord, we pray that the economic development in these parts of the world will be expedited, and that can be made possible only through Your power.
We also pray for the persecuted church in Africa, especially in Nigeria and Somalia. We pray for Your church to grow in the land where many have no hope for their future.
Lord, we pray that South Africa will be completely cleansed from racist tensions. We pray for the end of violence in all parts of the continent. We also pray for the doctors, nurses and aid workers who are selflessly serving the poor in some of the toughest parts of Africa. Protect them and strengthen them Lord.
Lord, we ask for Your healing and supernatural strength for those who have been sexually abused by warlords and persecutors. Lord, we ask for Your mighty favor and protection to accompany those who are involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of these people.
Lord, we pray that the countries’ agricultural potential will be fully utilized to meet the food demands of the continent. We ask for Your blessings upon the land and the hands of countless farmers there.
We pray in Jesus name. Amen.

For Lord said,” I will be a wall of fire around this whole continent, and I will be the glory in their midst.
I have put My foot down on this continent, it is Mine. That which I planned for them before anything existed will now fall into place. The enemy’s strong holds will be crushed and I will bring My Kingdom to this continent. The enemy has stolen enough now. My plans will come into action in this time. Shalom. Amen

David P Carroll says
Pray For The Suffering.
We’ll pray for the
Sick and suffering
Today and I’ll light
A candle for them
Every night and with
The Lord’s guiding light
He’ll keep us all save and
Warm forever in life.
Rev. William Banda says
I pray for political stability, love, care, and protection for much marginalised groups of people such as people living with special disabilities, the aged, and orphaned and widowed persons. I also pray for children loaming the streets who don’t have shelters and homes to be happy with their families.
