Dear Father in Heaven,

We thank You for blessing us with such a diverse world, with people groups all around the world. Though we speak different tongues and have different cultural aspects, You have made us all in your image and we know that you want to win back people from every tribe of this world.

After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. Revelation 7:9

Lord, we pray that You will heal the people of China. We pray that many in Wuhan and other parts of China will come to know the hope that is in You. Comfort the families of those who are deceased and give strength to those who are recovering. Lord, protect the land and the people who live there, and we ask that You stop any second wave of infection that may occur there. Lord, we ask You to protect all those medical professionals in China and also keep their families safe from the Coronavirus.

Lord, we also remember the Chinese church in our prayers. We pray that You will encourage and strengthen them, and use them as Your ambassadors during this season. We pray that You would bring a revival in the land that so many people currently despise because of this virus outbreak. We pray that You would make the leaders of China to be equipped with wisdom to deal with the financial challenges the country might be undergoing. 

We ask You to forgive the ones who are being racist towards those from Asian ethnicity. Lord, help the people of this world to rise above their natural self and be filled with compassion and love.
