Legates Speaks At Delaware Electric Car Mandate Town Hall Meeting
On March 21, 2023, Professor Legates gave a presentation on climate change to the Delaware Electric Car Mandate Town Hall Meeting at the South Coastal Library in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
